TOR Analyis problem with ROIs

Hello! I’m performing a Leeds phantom TOR analysis, when I run the leeds.analyze() the ROIs are too small and not in the correct place. How can I solve the problem?

Hi,
there is a troubleshooting section in the documentation:
https://pylinac.readthedocs.io/en/latest/planar_imaging.html#troubleshooting

it seems your image has two problems:

  1. parts of the phantom are not imaged
  2. there are other things/elements (not sure what) in the image

I would try and get a “better” image and redo the test.

Thomas

Thomas is correct. This violates the assumptions of the algorithm.
