Hi all,

I have a folder of 16 images of the low contrast module of the CATPHAN 600 (CTP515).

Is there any way to just do the Low contrast visibility analysis of these images without the other CATPHAN slices?

Could you pad your image set with dummy catphan slices to trick pylinac into detecting the catphan properly and then only use the low contrast visibility portion of the analysis?

Not really. Pylinac references everything off of the 404 module. It would take a fair bit of hacking to use a single module. Is there any way to get the full scan?
