.I have tried to use planar imaging module by using QC3 phantom. I used my files but the circle template was wrong. when we import demo data, it was wrong either
?Does anybody know what will be the issue

Your images seem to be like the ones posted. James incorporated some changes to that module found here: https://github.com/jrkerns/pylinac/commit/698254258ff4cb87812840c42b34c93ae32a4693
At least this gives you a starting point to help narrow things down.
