I tried signing up using my work email (@saskcancer.ca) but never received the activation email. I checked with our IT team, and they didn’t see anything in our filters that looked related. I also tried signing up with my personal email, but that didn’t work either. And I checked spam/promotions folders too. I eventually used “Sign in with Google,” which let me log in, but I still can’t receive a password reset email.
My coworker is having the same issue with his work email.
