CatPhan600 with variable slice thicknesses

Hi all,

I’m running into an issue trying to analyze a CatPhan600 CT set with variable slice thicknesses. It correctly identifies the HU linearity module, but for whatever reason it seems to be assuming all slices are 5 mm thick (they aren’t) and so it looks for the other modules way too close to the origin. Can CatPhan600 handle a CT set with variable slice thickness?

No, all slices are assumed to be the same thickness for all cbct analyses.
