I need references for the calculation of parameters used in the module catphan cbct.

I don’t know what this means. Parameters aren’t calculated; parameters are the variables defining the signature of the method/function.
If you mean the output of the catphan analysis, you can find the algorithm described here: https://pylinac.readthedocs.io/en/latest/cbct_docs.html#algorithm. I’m not aware of a reference that actually talks about a catphan analysis algorithm.

I meant the formulas used to calculate uniformity, low contraste…do you use a specific reference for that?
