Catphan 503 analysis failing since XVI 5.0.7.1 upgrade

We are using the pylinac version that comes with QATrack 3.1.0, but I also find the same issue with the latest version run from command line. CBCT images of our catphan are not being analysed successfully since we upgraded XVI from 5.0.6 to 5.0.7.1. The only visible difference is a slightly brighter external edge to the phantom. Would be grateful for some help as I’ve not been able to figure out where the source of the issue is occurring.

The code error occurs in the find_phantom_roll function.

Hello all,

I’ve not managed to get any further with troubleshooting this, can anybody help me look into why the dataset labelled with version 5.0.7.1 comes up with this error?
